CrisisDogsNC Week in Review

February 18, 2018

It was a  fantastic week of flights, rescue, and adoptions.

Nick flew to his new home in Asheville.

Puppy Rigby flew  from his Fayetteville foster via Raliegh Durham airport to his home in Ocracoke

Beethoven, whose family didn't want him after 8 years, found a wonderful home with a vet school student and her husband and was outfitted with toys and a bow tie at PetSmart.

Miss Molly was a "foster fail" after all!

The rain last week kept our pilots grounded and Gabby needed transport from her foster in Beaufort, NC across state to Asheville. So her foster and adopter each drove 3 hours to a mid point meeting--Chapel Hill. Gabby has settled in after just a day. The family writes:  "We are totally in love with her."

We rescued puppy Bosco from Richmond County. and placed him into emergency foster.

And congrats to Gabe who graduated one week of K-9 obedience where he leaned he can be happy without being hyper!

Thank you fosters, pilots, drivers and donors!
