We learned about Ruger's long wait at Caswell County shelter, and jumped into action for this 3 year old brindle bully mix. A few days ago he finally left the shelter and took his Freedom Ride to his foster home. Now he has a foster buddy and is hoping someone steps up to give him a forever home.
Max was living in a kennel at Caswell County shelter for a year, waiting for someone to step up for him. When CrisisDogsNC learned about his solitary fate we went into action. Within days Max was on his Freedom Ride to his foster home on Carolina Beach. Where for many days he seemed utterly bewildered at the turn his life took! He has since settled down, feels safe, enjoys walks along the beach and settling in for quiet snoozes. Now all he needs is a forever home.
