From South Carolina kill shelter to Foster

CrisisDogsNC received word that walker hound Julian's time was up at Florence, SC kill shelter. We mobiized with the help of our local rescue partner, found a foster home in Raleigh, and connected with PilotsnPaws to get this boy in the air. Julian was an easy passenger! Here now, in foster, waiting for a home who wants a hound with a sense of humor, a real character.
